This Registration Form is for patrons renewing lockers only.
The rental fee and agreement includes a Rec Services combination lock in either Irving Gym (100 A/B), Lewellen Pool (102/114), or Ball Gym (048/051).
- Full size lockers are available on a first come, first served basis.
- Recreation Services shall not be responsible for the loss of locker contents due to fire, theft, or other circumstances.
- Recreation Services reserves the right to inspect the interior of any locker and rescind the privileges if conditions justify such actions.
- Renter will be charged $15.00 for a replacement of a missing lock
- Only locks issued by Recreation Services may be used in rental agreements. All other locks will be removed.
- Each rental includes only one locker. Additional lockers in different locations require additional fees.
If you are getting a Locker, Towel Services, and Apparel loop there is a discount if you pick the Works option. |
